ECOMMERCE is widely known as electronic commerce and it includes sale and purchase of services and products via the internet and computer networks. With the increasing popularity of the internet, Ecommerce has also boomed and an extensive range of trade is now being conducted on the internet. Retailers involved in the e-commerce trade are termed as e-retailers or online retailers and online selling is called e-tail. In the ecommerce, internet is used for financial transactions and contacting the buyers and other e-retailers via email. All the retailers throughout the world have their ecommerce sections in their company’s website. E-commerce which is accomplished between two businesses is termed as B2B. B2B can be open to all interested e-traders or can be limited to pre-qualified or specific participants. The electronic commerce which happens between business and consumers is called B2C.
